Insurance and Release from Liability are required as follows:
Prior to approval, any community group that charges admission or any community group
that does not charge admission but does have insurance must:
Any group using school facilities is required to present evidence of liability
insurance, with the district named as an additional insured, in the amount of
$1,000,000 occurrence/$3,000,000 aggregate. All individuals shall act in a
manner consistent with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, as
well as all policies, regulations and/or rules of the school district including the
Public Conduct on School Property Policy and Regulation.
